Sofia was born in Pamplona, studied at the University of Navarra and joined Foster + Partners in 2001. Half of her career has been dedicated to the design of International Airports from inception to construction such as New International Airport Mexico City, Tocumen International Airport, Heathrow and King Salman International Airport with a special focus in strategic planning and stakeholders liaison. She has also worked on commercial, mixed-used, residential, hotel developments and Masterplans in London, France, India, China and the Middle East. She is a keen traveller.
