Gather is an outdoor furniture collection with Escofet, a Barcelona-based company that works with urban elements and architectural concrete to transform cities and promote the use of public space. The collection’s durable elements are made from ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) for a sleek and thin profile.
Rooted in the idea of creating more private and relaxed outdoor areas, Gather is a modular seating system that can take many forms. A range of linear, concave, convex, and end modules are combined to create different configurations, including enclosed pocket spaces, straight benches, or seating around green islands.
A branch-like spine forms the backrest, gradually tapering to a thickness of just 40 millimetres. Gather is available in four different concrete colours – grey, black, white and beige – with a bespoke aluminium armrest.
